I went to Australia and had some serious culture shock. Every one was a lot nicer then the Midwest. It made me wonder why people are uptight. It made me a better person.

I think we take life to seriously and people need to lighten up. This was a time when I learned how to do that. Luckily I took the lesson back home with me and use it today.

Yesterday, I received an ‘eid’ greetings card from a friend.  She is not muslim, and neither am I.  But I was so touched that I sent her an ‘eid mubarak’ e-card in return.  It made me feel good.

I’ve just found this site… I think it’s cool. The biggest thing I have to do some times is just get pumped.. get excited and hype… this lets me focus on what I really want, and allows me to accomplish my goals. I got picked to play for the Arizona Fall Baseball league, which is a big deal, hopefully I’ll go to the bigs soon!
